Description
1 zone : Offers a serving temperature between 5 and 22 °C depending on the model to prepare the bottles to be served and bring the wines to an ideal tasting temperature.
Mechanical hygrometry : Maintaining a hygrometry between 60 and 75% is important in an ageing cellar in order to keep the corks of long ageing bottles in the best possible condition. It is absolutely necessary to avoid drying out the corks. A sensor system will allow the cellar to react and maintain the ideal level of hygrometry.
Lock : Lower and upper zone offering 2 different temperatures with individual settings to keep and set your bottles at the ideal serving temperature.
Winter function: For installation in a room falling below 10°C such as a garage or laundry room, it is necessary to have a model equipped with the “Winter” function which allows you to maintain a minimum temperature inside the cellar in order to preserve your wines in the best conditions.
Door alarm: If the door is opened unintentionally or closed incorrectly, an audible signal will sound after a few seconds to inform you of the fault. Simply close the door properly.
Charcoal filter : Protects your wines from odours by cleaning and purifying the air in your cellar. Drawer: Allows you to store bottles of different sizes up to Magnum and to protect your vintages from the light for optimum ageing.
